Clean hotel and neat and attractive rooms. Ideal location not very far from Brandeis University. Walking distance to stores and retailers across the street. Excellent service from the polite, incredible stuff members: )

Had a very nice stay for 2 nights, everything was good. Best, knowledgeable staff, were more than helpful. The location was marvellous and incredible - ease of access to Conference Center. It was also close enough to Millennium Park, The Art Institute, a wide variety of restaurants, and good shopping and entertainment, and many public transportation options.

My stay was absolutely outstanding for a week-long business trip. The location to a museum and a tower was perfect for what I needed. The deluxe king room on the higher floors 6 or above had all necessary amenities.

Location so close to the Art Institute and Millenium Park, downtown Chicago, subway. Fantastic food in the casual restaurant in the vicinity.

We stayed here with the whole family and enjoyed visiting the Field Museum, just a short ride from the hotel. The location was great. Plus, the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us, especially Beverly at the front desk who remembered our names and always offered helpful tips.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel should have a dedicated kids' area.

The hotel's door facees the station of Madison/wabash so the location is very good for the new visitor to Chicago. The rooms provide free coffee, newspaper, shampoo, lotion and soap. The room is luxurious.
